Lights Up is a magical story that intertwines the lives of three young individuals—Hettie, Jack, and Araine—across different time periods, all connected by their love for the arts and the ghosts of their pasts. Hettie is grieving the loss of her grandad and the closing of her beloved Arts Centre. Jack, living many years before, finds solace in a theatre troupe that unveils the secrets of the stage. Araine, from an even earlier time, navigates a life that doesn't align with her expectations, feeling the divide between the wealthy theatre-goers and her own struggles. Despite the years separating them, their stories converge in a tale of magic, friendship, and the shared human experience of loss and hope.
