In this humorous tale, a renowned painting is scheduled to be showcased at the Grierson Gallery in Los Angeles. The gallery seeks an expert to discuss the artist's work during the exhibition. The National Gallery in London assigns Mr. Bean to the task. However, upon his arrival, it's evident that something is amiss with Mr. Bean—he's exceptionally peculiar and, at times, hazardous. Soon after his arrival, a series of unfortunate events unfold.
